The common areas of Yates Meadow, including the pool and all land around the pool, have been deeded to the HOA by the estate of Ronald Overcash.  The HOA Board will provide additional details as they become available.

The resident at 758 Mott Shue is getting married, and will have guests from 8/31 through 9/6, including one in a motor home. Please be aware if you travel in the area!

There will be a special/important HOA meeting on Tuesday, August 24th at 7PM in the pool parking lot.

The meeting will be VERY short. Please feel free to bring a lawn chair if you would like.

YM HOA would like to inform its residents of the passing of Mr. Ronald Overcash this past week.  Our condolences go out to the Overcash family.   Mr. Overcash was the head of Poplar Park LLC, which owns the unsold land and parcels in our community.

The YM HOA was in negotiations with Mr. Overcash to deed the property around the pool to the YM HOA.  However, due to his passing, we are on hold until his estate is sorted out to the point where someone is named to run Poplar Park LLC. We will proceed once we know who to work with.

Yates Meadow Home Owners Association announces the resignation of general board member and former president Bettye Garmon effective March 26, 2010.  Bettye has resigned for personal reasons. Bettye’s passionate service has been very instrumental in the maturity of the YM HOA.  We wish her well in her future endeavors.
