February was the first month for the HOA Yard of the Month Program.  Congratulations to the household of 5387 Josephine Lane for being selected as the February 2009 Yard of the Month winner!  For winning, they receive a $50.00 gift card and get to have the Yard of the Month sign displayed in their yard.
