Yates Meadow Owner:

At this time the Board of directors would like to announce that it is time to elect new members to the Board.  The addendum that was proposed to revise the terms of the Board of Directors has been passed by a majority of the members.  The amendment is attached for your review.  Please re-read and refer to the by-laws and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR’s) as it is a road map to the duties and the responsibilities of the Board.  Refer to page five and six of the by-laws as it lists the powers and duties of the Board.

Five board positions need to be filled as follows: 3 positions to hold 2 year terms (top three vote recipients) and the next two (4th and 5th) are for a 1 year term beginning the first of the month following the election.  Once the members have been elected, the Board will decide its own officers.  If you are interested in becoming a candidate for one of these positions, please send in a short biography and/or resume to Herman Management by February 1st.  You may email it to laura@hermanmgmt.com or mail it to:

Elections for the Board are tentatively scheduled for the third week of February.  Once all the bios and resumes are received from the candidates, an official notification on the election process will be sent to residents.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
