PAST DUE Notations on HOA Dues Statements

March 17th, 2010 by YMHOA

Homeowners recently received HOA dues statements from Herman Management.  A programming matter created the caption PAST DUE on the statements. The amounts billed were correct; however, the information in the Due Date and Late After boxes defaulted to “Past Due” in error for residents that ONLY owed final payment due April 1.

The “Past Due” notation was correct for all association residents with past due accounts.  However, those residents who had paid their initial installment should not have received the “Past Due” notation. They should have received a Due April 1st notation instead.

Herman Management apologizes for the printing problem and appreciates the timely payments made by many residents.
