YM HOA December 2008 Newsletter Attachments

Copies of the documents sent out with the December 2008 newsletter from the Yates Meadow HOA Board have been uploaded to the website:

1. Community suggestions (from Sept. 2008 meeting) that can be addressed and Community suggestions (from Sept. 2008 meeting) that cannot be changed have been placed on the HOA Community Meeting Minutes page.  Any responses from the HOA Board to issues brought up during community meetings will also be placed on the community meeting minutes page.

2. The revised HOA Dues Collection Policy was sent out to everyone and can now be found on the HOA Documents page.

3. Details on the Yates Meadow HOA Yard of the Month Program have been posted. Announcements of the chosen winners will be posted on the website and will also be listed on the Yard of the Month Winners page.

Note:  Any neighbors who have not picked up their pool key fobs can do so at this meeting.  After Sept. 10th meeting, key fobs can only be issued by Herman Management.

Yates Meadow Pool Rules

The rules below have been established for the protection and benefit of all members. Please remember- this is your pool; no set rules can be more effective than your adherence to them.

Please instruct your children on the rules, and urge them to observe them.

POOL RULES

1.    No Running. No Diving. No Exceptions.
2.    No pets, skateboards, skates, or bikes in pool area.
3.    No glass items such as tumblers, bottles, glass swim masks, etc.
4.    No loud radios, boom-boxes, etc.
5.    No profanity in pool area. Please be considerate of others.
6.    Children 16 and under must have adult supervision.
7.    Children who are not toilet-trained are required to wear special disposable swim diapers.
8.    Persons with communicable diseases, open sores, wounds, or bandages are prohibited from swimming in the pool.
9.    No person with skin, eye, ear or nasal infections allowed in pool.
10.    Gate is to remain locked at all times. The pool shall be accessed only with a valid key fob. Never prop open the gate or allow others to enter without their own valid cardkey.
11.    No smoking in or around pool area.
12.    Vandalism and misuse of pool furniture is prohibited.
13.    Adults should not swim alone.
14.    No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
15.    Dangerous, unreasonable, or offensive conduct (including “horseplay”) by any person is not allowed.
16.    Anyone using the pool after hours may be prosecuted for criminal trespass and/or lose pool privileges.
17.    All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
18.    Pool is for private use. Members and guest only.
19.    Guests must be accompanied at all times by a resident homeowner.
20.    Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at anytime.
21.    This pool is open from 9:00a.m. to 8:30p.m.
22.    The maximum number of swimmers allowed in the pool is ______.
23.    A first aid kit is located beside women’s restroom.
24.    Emergency telephone is located pool side of women’s restroom. Please instruct children to use for emergency purposes.
25.    Pool users are responsible for disposing of all trash generated by their family and/or guests.

Any pool user who does not comply with the above posted rules may have their key fob deactivated for the rest of the season.
