Unfortunately we have had to postpone our neighborhood yard sale until the spring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It’s time to clean out your closets, attics, and garages! Gather all of those treasures and host a yard sale. The HOA is sponsoring a community yard sale on Saturday October 1, 2011 from 8 am to noon. For $5 we will advertise for you, mark your house, and make sure everyone knows where the deals are!

Hello Neighbors!

Tomorrow Fox Landscaping will begin working on the “back forty”. They are going to move the big rocks, and grade the front 12 acres of the lot. We’re hoping there isn’t any inconvenience to anyone. It should make mowing easier, and pave the way for other improvements to the land.

EDIT: The cat has been found – thank you for your help and support!

This weekend, a cat was lost by the homeowners of 5379 Josephine Lane.  The cat is black, long-haired, and is named Dinkle. He is wearing a blue collar.  The cat is an indoor cat who accidentally got out, and the family would welcome any information you might have about the location of Dinkle.

National Night Out 2011 will be Tuesday August 2nd.  The HOA will be hosting a gathering in the pool parking lot. There will be games, crafts, and fun with the neighbors. Shelly’s Snow Biz will be there with cold treats!
